Both times I published my first video, I waiting to see everyone coming to watch them, but there was no one. We all have that moment of confusion. Someone has to be interested in my topic, why are they not watching my videos?
Eventually, we figure out that there is more to YouTube than simply publishing a video that ignites the masses. There are things that you need to do before you publish your video and after to start seeing views on your channel.
However, if you start doing the right things, there will be a point that you will get consistent views without doing anything at all.
If you know anything about social media and content platforms, you would know that consistency is important to get good results. A random post here and there will not get you very far, at least not quickly.
I broke this rule at the beginning of 2021. Due to my own mental health and body image, I moved away from my YouTube channel in favor of blogging and posting on Medium.
