I strongly believe that when we decide to start learning a language, it is our whole self we need to transform towards this direction. Don’t getafraid, we are talking about slight changes in every day life with breaks. Believing that we need to feel exchausted is exactly the opposite of what we want to do.

As a learner I have experimented a lot in the conditions that help us give more and create a good and long term outcome in learning a language, and I am here to share it with you.

I think I have passed through all the stages of the learning procedure, with big success and even bigger failure and I have reached the conclusion that this list can help you boost your inspiration and find peace with discipline.

We are going to talk about tricks for the brain, to push its button of survival satisfaction and make it want for more. This is how the brain works.

1.Read two pages of a book (in your language). First thing in the morning. With this trick we have two big wins. First we use our knowdedge on how the brain works and take advantage of it.

If you read two pages of a book, first thing in the morning, you instantly give the brain the message that it has accomplished one success, which the brain translates as survival. You start your day with sutisfaction and your brain will want more.

The second win you have with this habbit, is that these two pages of the book have something very positive to tell you, so apart from the trick to the brain, you will gain some positive and useful information. The two pages can also be one paragraph, to tell you the truth this is how I started. The important thing is to implement the habbit and keep it going.
