Taking action is what would get things done, we all know that.

I mean, come on.

The thing is that when you take action, even though you are doing your best daily, nothing happens.

Why?

I know you want to start doing something but it is always just a thought and you have no idea what to do, or even worse, doing it all at the same time.

Ok, let us talk about how it works.

Think of your goal or whatever that you want to accomplish, then take your time and think carefully how you can break it into many small yet achievable goals that can help you advance step by step, give you plenty of confidence and motivation, lastly, it helps change your mindset since you are getting constant results.

I recommend you take a very long time doing it. The simplest the better.

You do not want to have small goals that are let us say, 4 steps. It will take more time and in some cases, it could be one of the reasons to quit.

1 step at a time works the best.

No jumping around, no quick f*cking shortcut, alright?

If your objective is at the top of a ladder, imagine the small goals as the steps. You can’t jump directly to the top, you have to advance step by step, there is no other way around.
You expect the ladder to be there but you’re wrong. You create the ladder, that’s your action plan. Do it well and you will advance faster and progressively.

Tell me, who is going to put the hours and all the work for you, just who?

Nobody.

Yes, it is time-consuming but only at first! Once you pass that period, everything changes for good. It becomes a daily routine, and with that what comes is experience, allowing you to be more productive and have better time management.

If you think you have no f*cking time for anything, that only means that you suck managing your own time.

We all want all fast. Once we try a couple of times and see no results we all want to quit too.

Even an hour a day is fine but consistency plays a big part here.

When you are doing, whatever the hell you are doing, just focus alright? Even if it is an hour a day is fine but no phone, snack-break or tv during your thing. Distractions consume plenty of minutes and when you put them all together, hours all of a sudden.
