Have you ever imagined when you ordered a product, robots are accepting your orders, dispatching and delivering your products? I think we all have wondered about it only! But in China, this has become the reality already.

Alibaba is using only robots in their warehouse. 60 robots are running a warehouse together. Putting stuff, lifting, packaging, and delivering the products. Alibaba has designed their robots as they don’t need any human commands or any intervention to perform their task. And according to the calculated data, their profit has increased by 300% than before. Robots are designed to charge themselves by themselves whenever they run out of battery. They have set a strong living example that how robots are replacing human efforts:

1. Reduction in human repetitive work: Human’s repetitive work in factories, workshops, and showrooms are being performed by robots. The idea behind this is to consume manpower in some other intelligent work. But the truth is that somehow robots are decreasing human jobs.

2. Human is motivated for more complex work: As robots have taken place of the human for repetitive work, the human is forced to learn smarter work. All physical work is now being done by robots so people are being motivated to learn the latest technology.

3. Increase in competition: Modern technologies being discovered daily so competition is getting increase day by day. Organizations are looking forward to adopting technology in their work system that is increasing the competition to upgrade themselves.
