HavenFestPVD structure has taken on a simpler status; each corner is now 1 of 4 “slots” that are either ongoing for the entire day or are separately attended to and given the spotlight depending on how many chasers and villagers are attend.

Corners/Projects Itinerary is presented in section F, below. There will be four different corner projects:

Script structure for both the interviewer and interviewee must be made. Scripts make for better and more productive interactions, speeding up explanation of the project/process

Who can commit to this role other than Norman and Jairson?

A Sorakle structure needs to be made for both a full slot time for it’s own purpose and there needs to be an abbreviated version of this corner’s script. Abbreviated script will be implemented into every corner, nuanced to fit

Mary’s project, dedicated as our opening slot. Gives a chance for chasers to interact and get involved. Needs scripts/games such as, but not limited to:

We create Thumoslang Ad-Lib stories — catered to certain age ranges by material content — the audience can connect with

Create a script of questions to ask anyone who wants to join this corner what kind of comedy and goals do they have in mind —

Alec is in charge of the writers block. Start slot time starting with an oral autobiography from the Writer of the Day (a.k.a Alec).

With less than 8 total Chasers and Villagers the Fest should spotlight one corner at a time, half an hour each corner. The abbreviated Sorakle interviews should happen about halfway into each corner time.

With 8+ Chasers and Villagers attending each corner should be represented by at least one person, but no more than 3.
