Dear followers! How should I thank you?

I was about to write this story for all my Medium followers and readers, after reaching 100 followers, but I came to thank you now because it has been very gratifying to have you here with me.

Today I took the time to express my feelings for you and tell you how important you are to me. It is 11:17 pm at the time of writing this story, my country is in a state of emergency at the moment, with four confirmed Covid-19 cases; that is, I am writing to you while I am confined.

I am a Systems Analyst and Developer by training, and freelance for love, I decided to pursue my freelance career as a digital influencer, writer and creator of diverse content, because of the youth of my country that was practically abandoned, with no direction to go it alone, then I started to give free classes and teach them to grow as entrepreneurs without needing intervention, and with that, I started to gain love in what I was doing, and with that, I was more requested and sought by people who needed help.

And through all of that, I could see how important people are in people’s lives. I know that with modernity and with a totally fast time, everyone has their own chores and we don’t want to know what someone does, and what really matters to me is the results, not how the results come from or where the results come from.

I’m trying to say that I love dealing with people, and when I’m in a place where I feel good, like here on Medium, and I start to get feedback from people from different places, with positive reactions, I can’t just ignore them, I must first thank them for being here, for reading my content, and finally staying here, because when someone follows you on a page, this is not simply a mere follower as many think they are; it means that that person has engaged with your content and wants to continue to receive your content with open arms, and he then decides to stay, to receive notifications of everything you post.
