Six Word Photo Story: Freestyle

Two or three times a year, when I am in the neighborhood of the book exchange, I enjoy spending an hour or so there wandering the aisles, browsing titles to see if anything catches my eye. Usually several do, so I walk out with a stack of 6 or 8 used books. Eventually, I do read all of them. Some I keep, others I end up donating.

As it happened, I was in that part of town running errands over the weekend. I got the essential stuff done earlier in the day, so I had time to go in.

On this visit, I made some selections from the Travel and Fiction sections. I should be set until the holidays. I still have a few that I picked up last time that I haven’t gotten to yet.

When I work in my yard, two hours feels like ten minutes. In the same way, I love losing myself between the pages of a great book.
